This winter, Zoom Airlines will be operating more flights between Manchester and Canada. The airline will fly to Toronto twice a week and every Sunday to Vancouver and Calgary. Zoom hopes to take advantage of skiers looking for city breaks on the slopes in Banff, Jasper, Whistler, and Lake Louise. The new flights will begin in October and last until April 2008, with additional flights operating during Christmas and the New Year.

Zoom currently flies from five locations in the UK: Cardiff, Belfast, Glasgow, London Gatwick and Manchester. In addition to flights to Paris, Zoom flies to eight Canadian cities including: Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, Halifax, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Montreal and Edmonton.

Starting June 2007, Zoom will also be starting a new route from Halifax to Belfast ($199 one way plus tax) and from Halifax to Paris ($199 one way plus tax.)

The airline has a low price guarantee which promises to match any price found for the same flight lower than a price advertised by Zoom.
