Virgin loyalty program huge success

Virgin Holidays has enjoyed a number of subscriptions to its loyalty program that has other companies scratching their heads as to why their won programs haven’t been as successful. Virgin Holidays reported that its household members of its loyalty club has increased an incredible 96 percent, with a 22 percent increase in its loyalty bookings, and an overall 25 percent rise in revenue from its recently launched customer focus programs.

CRM general manager Helen Litvak says,
“It has not happened over night but we can hold our heads up high that what we have invested is beginning to pay off. You really have to get the board and the managing director on side and you really have to believe in it. You have to target their needs and appreciate every department has their own target.”

The next steps to keep the ball rolling at Virgin Holidays include mobile services that will allow various departments to communicate instantly with their clients.
