The quintuple-distilled vodka Akvinta, a brand from Croatia, will be used as a promotion in Virgin Atlantic’s London Heathrow Clubhouse this summer. Passengers in the clubhouse before their flights will be offered a taste of Akvinta, which is launching in the UK this year.

Virgin Atlantic’s director of sales and marketing Paul Dickinson says, “We’re pleased to be able to showcase this new Akvinta vodka in our Heathrow Clubhouse and we’re certain it will prove to be very popular with our passengers. Since it opened two years ago, the Clubhouse has won a host of prestigious awards and last year was listed as one of the 12 coolest places to be on Earth in Arena magazine.”

Adriatic Distillers CEO pavel Ryabov talks about their Akvinta brand and their move to use Virgin Atlantic as a marketing tool: “We are very proud to be working with Virgin Atlantic, this close alliance is one of the major milestones in the history of Akvinta and I believe the philosophy of the two brands is in perfect synergy as both represent great taste and a passion to deliver high standards.”
