Two days left for amazing Ryanair sale
Posted on: September 8th, 2007 by Jennifer JonesRyanair has just announced its biggest sale since it began operating. The Irish airline is offering a total of six million seats on its flights for “free”, requiring that passengers pay only the taxes and surcharges for tickets along it’s extensive flight network.
A total of 269 routes are included in the sale, with flights departing from 21 airports across the UK.
The sale will continue until midnight, September 10th, with seats going fast.
Several blackout periods apply when sale tickets are not available including school breaks and the Christmas period, but otherwise, travel is possible between October 1st and February 7th 2008.
Sinead Finn, Ryanair’s head of sales and marketing, said: “Why not catch up on the last of the European sun in Spain or Italy, check out Christmas markets in Germany or deck out your winter wardrobe in Milan, Rome, Dusseldorf or Brussels. Whatever your fancy, a European break has never been cheaper or easier with Ryanair’s biggest-ever seat sale.”
Starting on September 20th, passengers with Ryanair should be advised that the airline will be charging passengers who book in at the airport’s check-in counter. Travelers who check-in online and who have only hand luggage will not be charged.
