Sleeps that won’t break the bank in Russia (too much)

Russia may not be the tourist draw of its European neighbours to the South, but it certainly sees its share of visitors. One of the things many of these visitors say is that there is a lack of budget or mid-range accommodation.
While there are definitely hotels that will have your jaw open at the room rates, there is an emerging middle ground of hotels proving to offer quality and service that are relatively affordable. Relative if you’re wanting to stay in the centre, close to the attractions, that is.
