Public Storage offers Budget Rentals

Public Storage, a provider of self-storage facilities, recently selected Budget Truck Rental, LLC, to be the exclusive third party provider of rental trucks for the agency.

Customers storing goods in Public Storage facilities will now be able to use any one of the various models offered by Budget to transport their goods to and from storage.

Budget truck rentals will be offered at 200 Public Storage sites around America. Short term rentals and long-term long-distance plans will be available. The two companies are working together to provide promotional specials for combined storage and truck rental services and will be coordinating on future web site designs and Yellow Page advertisements.

Through the agreement, cargo vans as well as trucks from ten to 24 feet will be available. The trucks come equipped with ramps or lift gates in order to facilitate a do-it-yourself move.

So that customers don’t have to pay professional packers for anything, both Budget and Public Storage also offer packing supplies.
