Journeys by Design, a British-based tour operator confirmed that two passengers on a safari holiday in Kenya organized with the company died in a small plane which crashed.

Managing director of the tour company, Will Jones, said that the passengers on the plane were Germans living in Switzerland but would not release their names or other details.

The Cessna 182 crashed while flying from Nairobi to the Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya, leaving no survivors. A district police boss in nearby Narok Patrick Wambani, said that accident investigators were on their way to the scene but they feared a total of three dead in the crash.

Most tourists visiting the wildlife preserve fly to the area rather than brave the roads, which are in poor condition.
