Over 55s travel for 25 pounds on First Great Western

Rail travellers who are over 55 years of age are eligible for a special offer on First Great Western that features a standard return ticket to any destination on the operator’s network for just £25. When combining the ‘Club 55’ promotion with a Senior Railcard, there’s an additional £5 off.

This offer is valid from 1 February through 7 April, and there is no limit to the number of times tickets can be purchased during the period.

Tickets can be used on off-peak journeys only, and some exemptions apply, so it’s a good idea to check before buying. Proof of age may be requested when travelling. Return tickets are valid for one month.

The First Great Western operates throughout the south-west UK. Tickets can be used on Arriva Trains Wales, Chiltern Railways, Cross Country, First Capital Connect, First Great Western, London Midland, Southern and South West Trains.
