If 2009 is your year to take a cruise, three Holland America ships are planning extensive cruises that when booked before may 31st, 2008 will come with some good discounts and amenities. Early bird amenities for voyages on the ms Amsterdam, ms Prinsendam and the ms Rotterdam may include shipboard credit, tickets for a shoreside event, limo transfers or extras in the cabin. Executive vice president of marketing and sales for Holland America Richard D. Meadows says,

“Early booking amenities are our way of thanking the full-cruise guests for choosing to spend an extended period of time with us. The Grand Voyages grow more popular every year, and the incredible amenities encourage guests to book early so they get the cabin of their choice and don’t miss out on the entire adventure.”

Cruises leaving in early 2009 include a round the world trip, as well as journeys to the Mediterranean and South America. Lengths span from month-long trips to 117-day cruises.
