Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) issued a press statement about its formal business arrangement with MOBH- Mohammed Omar Bin Haider Group to put up the fourth Crowne Plaza hotel in Dubai.

To be located at International Media Production Zone, the formal papers for the setting up of Crowne Plaza were drawn up and inked at Dubai, in the corporate headquarters of MOBH. MOBH and IHG were represented by senior officials Omar Mohammad Bin Haider and John Bamsey respectively. With this agreement, both companies will be working together for the third time in a joint venture.
John Bamsey, representing IHG mentioned that his organization welcomed the prospect of joining hands with MOBH to set up the fourth Crowne Plaza in the UAE. The Crowne Plaza, Bamsey said is recognized worldwide for its premium style of services rendered to its business guests. Its location in IMPZ, Dubai is strategically planned with an eye for catering to worldwide inflow of business guests. IHG, Bamsey elaborated intended to ensure the best comforts and services are made available to serve its guests.
The hotel will be amply fitted out with around 250 rooms and 70 service apartments. Its location at IMPZ is important given the business centre and offices of large media houses that will soon be occupying the area. Guest comforts are well taken care of with a restaurant that offers dining facilities through the day, a couple of multi-cuisine restaurants, a rooftop bar, gymnasium and swimming pool. The CEO of MOBH expressed his group’s satisfaction with the formal agreement that has been signed with IHG. Given the successful business relationship that has existed between both organisations, Crowne Plaza will be a welcome addition to the Holiday Inn hotels that are operating in the UAE.
