IHG Announces Crowne Plaza Hotel Opening in Portland, Oregon

InterContinental Hotels Group- IHG has thrown open the doors of Crowne Plaza at Portland, Oregon. Previously known as Holiday Inn, it was given a facelift worth $3 million that has resulted in a brand new look for its lobby, furniture, room accessories and comforts, bathrooms and a fresh coat of paint. The hotel which is pretty large at 241 rooms, is in the heart of the city namely Lloyd Business District. Just four blocks away lie Rose Garden Arena, Memorial Coliseum and the mammoth sized Oregon Convention Center.

Successful business enterprises such as Kaiser Permanente, Adidas, Nationwide Insurance and PacifiCorp have their offices here. The location of Crowne Plaza at Fareless Square has more advantages.
