GO airport shuttles launches worldwide

A new way to get from the airport to your home has been conceived of and launched under the name of GO Airport Shuttle, Inc. This company represents the merging of over 40 independent transportation companies representing 110 airport shuttle services in major airports all over the world.

Why on earth would one want to consolidate into such an entity? One simple reason- Internet booking. Now customers can book shuttles form any of these 110 airports as a departure or an arrival in one shot online.

The company’s new president-elect John McCarthy says, “The GO concept responds to a growing demand in the market for a single-source ground transportation company. Corporate travel managers, convention managers and travel companies tell us they want to do business with one supplier and one billing system,” he explains. “We believe that individual travelers also will appreciate the opportunity to have a single reliable source for airport transportation, regardless of destination.”

Although operating under this new umbrella, ownership at each airport will remain local, affording what they hope will be the same level of customer service as if it was still the independent owner giving the orders.

The new company will operate from locations all over the world, from Canada, the United States, Spain, Scotland, Italy, France, England and Mexico.
