Posted on: June 4th, 2010 by Rosie Vaughan-JonesDFDS Seaways, which is the passenger-carrying division of the Danish shipping company DFDS A/S, has announced the offering of Cruise & Drive breaks to Disneyland Paris. This is being offered in conjunction with Leisure Direction, the Disneyland Paris accommodation and specialist partner.
With the new deal, kids will get to play while their parents get some time to relax on a cruise. Bookings that are made before July 20 will be sold at 40% off, and children under the age of 7 will get to stay and play for free.
The whole family will be able to enjoy onboard entertainment on a cruise ferry from Newcastle to Holland, including a Kids’ Club, live shows and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. After arriving, the family will be able to travel down to Disneyland Paris by car.
Leisure Direction has teamed up with DFDS Seaways to offer deals for all 7 of the themed Disney Hotels, as well as the 7 Selected and Associated Hotels that are located close to the park. The children will get to stay, eat and enter the park for free. Disney Village is also included in this, and with so much to do, the kids will be wiped out from all the excitement on the trip back to Holland to catch a cruise home.
Disneyland Paris is planning to feature some different Disney stars this year, including Princess Tiana, chef Remy and Monsters Inc characters. They are also adding the Disney All Stars express, where kids will get to meet their favorite Disney characters.
