Getting Around London Gatwick Airport
45 km south of London you will find Gatwick Airport. It has many connections to London and the UKs extensive roadway network. The M23 has a direct connection to the airport at junction 9 as well as the A23.
Railways and buses run to Sussex and as far north as Bedfordshire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 30 minutes on the Gatwick Express train will get you to Victoria Station, with arrivals and departures every 15 minutes from 06:00 to 22:00. Beyond those hours, trips will run every 30 minutes. The trips cost £15 on the train. A less expensive atlernative is the Thameslink which takes about 40 minutes and runs from Brighton to Bedford.
The speedlink Coaches to Heathrow, London Victoria Flightline and National Express all leave from the ground floor of the South Terminal and provide nationwide service. Chauffer driven cars can be obtained from two companies: Gatwick Airport cars at +44 1293 562 291, and Gatwick Goldline Cars at +44 1293 568 468. Taxis are also ready to take you where you need to go.
