There is nothing like walking to get to know a city as big as Stockholm better. You can start off with a walking tour, it last for three hours and it starts in Gustav Adolfs Torg and finishes at Slussenplan. A city that has several varied things to offers us from monuments, commerce, gardens to a thousand things to meet. For example, considering that Stockholm is constituted for a series of islands connected by bridges, Djurgarden is an island in the center of Stockholm and is known by various tourist attractions.
You will be able to reach the island of Djurgarden, by walking through the bridge of Djugardsbon. This bridge was built in 1897 and iron decorated by the God of Mythology. You can continue to walk back to a hotel in the area, or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants, this way being able to enjoy some of the best gastronomy that Stockholm has to offer.
After a relaxing for awhile, we are back on the street and now the night life, you can start by going to a Pub, one of the most famous in Stockholm is called the Exotic Kharma and it has special entertainment parties and other events through out the year on offer. After this walk, and after you have experienced a part of this wonderful city, all is left to do is to rest and plan another visit route around the city.
