Butterflies are among the most mystical and beautiful creatures on earth and many people find themselves drawn to them. If you are among these people, then you will be able to appease your fascination with butterflies by visiting the Bedford Butterfly Park. An attraction that can be visited in all types of weather, the park has complete facilities for visitors who are either with kids or have some disabilities. The park has disabled access as well as baby changing facilities and push chair access. Light refreshments can even be obtained at the cafe and restaurant onsite.

With picnic areas and picture taking allowed, the Bedford Butterfly Park is an attraction that aims to cater to the needs and wants of its visitors. Aside from the expected Tropical Butterfly House, the park also features an Animal Farm, an Insect Room and a number of leaf-cutting ants as well as a Country Wildlife designated site. The Tropical House, which is heated to a constant 28 degree Celsius, is where visitors can view the exotic butterflies that are freely flying around.

Outside, you will find the newly-planted woodlands and the hay meadow, which will give you the chance to explore a traditional English countryside. There is also a picnic area and an adventure playground for the benefit of everyone.
